Risely for trade and technical colleges

Fill every seat before the cohort starts.

Risely's agents work inside the attendance ledger, the board portal and the placement file a trade and technical college already runs. They do the work a staff member would do and bring it back finished for the registrar or the financial aid director to approve.

The cohort start date

The seat should reach someone before the start date.

Risely's agents answer each inquiry the day it arrives, with the start date and the booths still open on it. Your coordinator watches the bay fill while the date is still weeks away.

Clock hours and Title IV

Every clock hour should reach the aid record.

Risely's agents read the shop sheet along with the student system and post the week's clock hours onto the aid record hour for hour. Your aid office disburses on the same number the floor recorded.

Certification and the state board

A credential file should be complete before the board asks.

Risely's agents build the credential file from the attendance ledger, the student record and the instructor's log, and match the college's number to the board's own file number. Your registrar has the file closed before the board's window opens.

Placement and the earnings test

The earnings record should be built as it happens.

Risely's agents match the placement record and the wage record onto the same completer as each one arrives. Your outcomes roster closes a record at a time while the year runs.

One completer, four systems.

The student system holds one number. The attendance ledger keeps hours under another. The board portal and the placement file each add their own.

Risely Fabric joins them into one record, so the file a state board asks for and the file a federal test asks for are the same file.
